create a HPGL File for prototype

1.Open Pro-Eng

2.New è Part è OK

3.Click Extrude Tool

4.Click Placement è Define (to select pattern plane) è Click Front (on drawing area) è click sketch

5.Start to Draw, click rectangle/circle è click and hold center of axis than drag the mouse (to start drawing)

6.Click MIDDLE BUTTON of mouse è define the size

7.Click check button (on right bottom side of tools)

8.Define height

9.To see drawing in 3D, click and hold the middle button of mouse then drag it.

10. If everything is OK, click check button (green color) on top right side

11. File è Save a copy, Type of file is *.stl è OK

12.Click ASCII format, chord height=0 (will automatically set to minimum value) è ENTER

13.Click Apply è OK

14.Close Pro-Eng.

15.OPEN AUTO EDIT exe

16.Load new object è choose the *.STL  file (as we save it at step 11)

17.Click Edit Layer (L) menu è Slice Parameter (Cut pitch = 0.1 mean each layer will 0.1 mm) è ENTER

18.Click Edit Layer (L) menu è Slice Start

19.File è Save slice File (H) è Name of file è ENTER
